It is a five-phase programme broken down into two, 20 minute sessions per week. These sessions can be done by themselves or as a bolt-on to an existing training session.
This 26 page ebook has a detailed video and images for each drill to guide you to your first pull up. There is a built-in video, as well as a youtube link for each drill, as not all devices support the built-in video option.
You will need access to a pull up bar, dumbbells and a TRX or equivalent to successfully complete this programme. There is a goal setting sheet and a progress tracker to keep you on point throughout your journey!
