Nesrine Dally


Nesrine Dally is a fulltime personal trainer and a personal training tutor. She is a Muay Thai athlete. In this episode, Nesrine will talk about the decisions she made several years ago to move deeper into her faith when she decided to wear the hijab. She talks about the reservations she had around whether it would affect how people saw her as a coach and how people saw her as an athlete. She was basically born out of the belief that nutrition is at the heart of optimal performance in both training and in life and she now runs her company, Feed.Fuel.Perform. We’ll talk about macronutrients, micronutrients, the timing around when you might have your carbohydrate, protein or fat and the importance
